10 Finalists Announced for ISV Magazine Margaret W. Wong Scholarship

From these 10 finalists, one international student will be selected as the winner and receive a $500 scholarship. See the names of the finalists!

The International Student Voice Magazine team received nearly 400 applications for the ISV Magazine Margaret W. Wong scholarship for the fall 2015 semester.

Only one winner can be selected.

After going through all the applications, we selected 10 finalists. One of these 10 students will be selected as the winner and receive $500 to be used toward his/her studies.

We asked the question, “How will studying in the United States help you achieve your career goals?”

“We received a vast amount of responses, there are so many international students with such amazing dreams and aspirations,” Carrie Circosta, Editor in Chief said. “We enjoyed reading all the essays, but the decision to narrow down to 10 finalists was incredibly difficult. It will be even more difficult to pick just one winner.”

On August 3, 4, and 5 the essays of the 10 finalists will be published. The one winner will be announced Friday, August 7.

Below are the names of the 10 finalists (in no particular order). Only one will receive the $500 scholarship!
