Chinese Students Caught in "Sophisticated Exam Cheating Scam"

School officials caught two Chinese students in what they call a “sophisticated” exam cheating scam at the University of Waterloo.

Kaiwen Qian, 20, from China is a math student at the University of Waterloo. She now faces criminal charges after allegedly hiring Longhua Wang, a PhD candidate at York University (who is also from China), to take a first-year  exam for her.
