The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on Friday, January 17 a few more countries whose nationals are eligible to apply for H-2A and H-2B visas. This announcement was after consultation with the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State.

USCIS may approve H-2A and H-2B petitions for nationals of countries NOT on the list, only if it’s determined these applicants are an interest to the United States.
