Travel to International Education Week

International Education Week (IEW) is a time to celebrate international education! Check out these photographs submitted by universities showcasing how they celebrated IEW on their campuses.

International Education Week was established by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education. According to its website “International Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.”

We asked students and university administrators to share their photos from International Education Week with us. If you would like to submit your photographs just email them to Carrie, our chief editor at

IEW for 2012 will be November 12-November 16. What events will there be on your campus? Tell us by commenting below!
